How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the email address associated with your Butterfli account.

Steps

1. Go to the login page and click Forgot password?
2. 
3. On the Reset Password page, enter the email address associated with your Butterfli account
4. 
5. Click Send Reset Link. You'll receive an email shortly with instructions on how to reset your password.

Troubleshooting

• Didn't get the email? Check your spam or junk folder first.
• Still nothing? The email address you entered may not match the one your school has on file. Contact your school to confirm which email address is associated with your account.
