The Dashboard is designed to give you a clear, at-a-glance view of what needs your attention today and what’s coming up in the near future. It highlights key activities, upcoming changes, and capacity insights so you can act quickly without navigating through multiple areas of the system.

The Dashboard is divided into four main sections, each focused on a specific operational area.

1. New Enrollments

This section shows the number of enrollment applications that have been submitted and are awaiting review.

• Selecting this section takes you directly to the New Enrollments list
• From there, you can review applications, confirm details, and begin processing each enrollment
• If action is required, it will be clearly indicated

Purpose:

To ensure no new enrollment submissions are missed and that applications are processed in a timely manner.

2. Upcoming Birthdays

This section displays a list of students with birthdays occurring in the** next 45 days.**

For each student, you will see:

• The student’s name
• Their birthdate
• The age they will be turning

Purpose:

To support classroom planning, age-based transitions, and milestone awareness without needing to manually track dates.

3. Upcoming Transitions

This section helps you manage student movement and changes that are scheduled to occur in the next 45 days. It is organized into four tabs:

Action: Highlights items that require your attention before a transition can occur.

Examples include:

• A student starting a new program without an assigned classroom
• Incomplete transition details that must be resolved before the effective date

New: Displays students who will be starting at your school within the next 45 days.

Transitions: Lists students who are scheduled to move to a different program or classroom within the next 45 days.

**Graduating: **Shows students who will be graduating or leaving the school within the next 45 days.

Purpose:

To help administrators proactively manage transitions, avoid last-minute issues, and maintain accurate classroom planning.

4. Classroom Capacity

This section provides a snapshot of current classroom occupancy along with projected changes.

For each classroom, you can see:

• Current enrollment vs. maximum capacity
• Any expected changes in capacity within the next 45 days (for example, openings created by transitions or graduations)

Purpose:

To support enrollment decisions, planning discussions, and capacity forecasting at a glance.
