How to Find the Enrollment Form

Your school's enrollment form is the form families use to enroll new students. This article shows you where to find your school's unique, published form link so you can share it.

Steps

1. In the left navigation, click Enrollment, then click Configure.

1. On the Enrollment Form Builder page, look at the top left. Click View Published Form.

1. This opens your school's unique enrollment form in a new tab. This is the live form families will fill out when enrolling a new student.

• The View Published Form link always reflects the current, live version of your form.
