Allergy and Emergency Cards provide date-specific safety summaries for each classroom, based on the students assigned on a given day. These cards are designed for quick reference and can be printed or downloaded for classroom use.

Access Allergy & Emergency Cards

To access this feature:

1. 1. From the navigation menu, select Classroom Safety
2. 2. You will be taken to the Allergy & Emergency Cards page

Each classroom card includes quick access to:

• • Allergy Card
• • Emergency Card

Select a Future Date

At the top of the page, select the date you want to view. The selected date determines which students appear on each classroom’s cards, based on:

• Enrollment start and end dates
• Classroom assignments effective on that date

Example: If today is Thursday and a new student is scheduled to start on Monday:

• Select Monday’s date
• The student will appear on the Allergy and Emergency Cards for their assigned classroom

This allows staff to prepare materials ahead of time and ensures cards accurately reflect classroom rosters.

Find the Right Classroom

Search by Classroom:

Use the Search for Classrooms field to quickly locate a specific classroom by name.

Filter by Program: Use the Program filter to narrow results to classrooms within a specific program.

Example:  If you select Toddler Program 2027/28, only Toddler classrooms (e.g., Toddler A, B, C) for that program year will be displayed.

View, Print, or Download Cards

To view or print a card:

1. Locate the classroom you need
2. Click either Allergy Card or Emergency Card
3. A preview window will open
4. Use the Print button in the top-right corner to:
5. • Print the card, or
6. • Download it to your computer

Printed or downloaded cards will reflect the selected date and the students assigned to the classroom on that date.

Important Note

• Always confirm the selected date before printing
• Use future dates to prepare for upcoming enrollments or transitions
• Review cards regularly to ensure student information is up to date
• Store printed cards securely and share only with authorized staff
