Editing a Program

• If **no students have been assigned **to the program, you may edit all program details.
• If** one or more students are already assigned** to the program:- You cannot change program attributes such as:- Program period (start and end dates)
• Age range
• Transition type
• Program type
• You can only edit the Program Name.

This ensures data accuracy and prevents unintended impacts to student records, eligibility logic, and capacity planning.

Important Note

Before assigning students:

• Confirm program dates, age ranges, and transition rules are correct.
