Understanding flag reasons and scores
When the AI flags a demo request for review, it tells you why with flag badges and a qualification score. Together these help you decide quickly whether to qualify or reject.
Flag reasons
Each flag is a signal that a request may be weaker or needs a human check. You may see one or several on the same request:
| Flag | What it means |
|---|---|
| Free email | The request used a personal/free email provider (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) rather than a business address. |
| No website | A company name was given, but no website. |
| Incomplete form | Both company name and website were left blank. |
| Spam pattern | The name or email looks fake or automated (e.g. test@, random letters). |
| Very small company | The company reported a size of roughly 1–10 employees. |
| Duplicate — existing contact | This email already exists in your Contacts. |
| Company not found by AI | The AI couldn't confirm the company or build a summary. |
Remember: Flags are reasons to look, not reasons to reject. A great lead can still trigger a flag — for example, a founder using a Gmail address.
The qualification score
Every request also gets a qualification score from 0 to 100. It starts high and is reduced for each weaker signal, so a higher score means a stronger lead. The score is shown as a color-coded badge:
- 🟢 Green (70–100) — strong; likely worth qualifying.
- 🟡 Yellow (40–69) — mixed; give it a closer look.
- 🔴 Red (0–39) — weak; probably not a fit, but your call.
Putting it together
Use the flags to understand what's off and the score to gauge how much it matters. A yellow score with a single "Free email" flag is usually worth a look; a red score with "Spam pattern" rarely is.
