Dashboard overview (Today view)

Today is the first screen you see after logging in. It's your daily command center — it pulls together what needs your attention right now so you can act without hunting through the app.

You can return here any time by clicking Today in the left menu.

Note: Everything on Today respects your role. Sales users see their own demos, contacts, and follow-ups; Account Owners see the whole company.

What's on the Today dashboard

Greeting header

A quick, personalized greeting with your name and a summary of how many actions are waiting for you.

Alerts

At the top, you'll see alert cards for anything urgent. They only appear when there's something to act on:

  • Follow-ups overdue — how many follow-up emails are past due, with contact names and how many days overdue. Button: Go To Actions.
  • Inbox items need review — how many incoming requests need a decision, with a breakdown of why they were flagged. Button: Review Inbox.
  • Leads going cold — contacts that have gone quiet, with how long it's been. Button: View Contacts.

Today's Demos

Your demos scheduled for today, each showing the contact, time, and status. Click View Schedule to see everything on your calendar.

Pipeline This Week

A snapshot of your week as four stats:

  • New leads (auto-qualified)
  • Demos completed this week
  • Interested contacts moved this week
  • Going cold — leads that need a nudge

When there's data, a stacked pipeline bar shows how your contacts are distributed across stages. Click View Contacts to dig in.

Top Actions

A prioritized, color-coded list of your most important next steps — follow-up emails to send, demos to prep for, and leads to re-engage. Each item is clickable. Click View All to open the full Actions list. When you're caught up, you'll see a "You're all caught up!" message.

Your Performance

An AI-generated view of your KPIs, improvement plan, and market signals. This section loads on its own moment after the page opens. Click Open AI Coach to go deeper in Levelup Assist.
