Inbound trends and analytics

The Inbound trends section of the Inbox shows what kinds of companies are requesting demos, so you can spot patterns in your incoming interest.

What it shows

Inbound trends breaks down your incoming demo requests by industry for the selected time period. Each industry appears as a colored badge with a count of how many requests came from it. Industries are ordered from most to fewest requests.

The heading reflects your date range — for example, "Inbound trends — this week", "last 30 days", or "all time". Change the range with the date range filter.

How industries are determined

The industry comes from the AI company summary generated when a request is processed. Requests where the AI couldn't determine an industry are grouped together under Other, which is always shown last.

If there's no industry data for the period yet, you'll see: "No industry data available for this period."

How to use it

  • Spot your best-fit segments — the largest industry badges show where your inbound demand is concentrated.
  • Track shifts over time — compare "Last 7 days" against "Last 30 days" or "All time" to see whether new segments are emerging.
  • Focus your outreach — lean into industries that consistently show strong inbound interest.
