How to log in and access the app

You access LevelUp Demo from any modern web browser — there's nothing to install.

Step 1: Open LevelUp Demo

Go to levelupdemo.app and click Sign In to reach the login page.

You have two ways to sign in.

Option A — Email and password

Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
(Optional) Leave Remember me checked to stay signed in on this device.
Click Log in.

Option B — Single sign-on (SSO)

If your account is linked to Google or Microsoft, you can skip the password:

Continue with Google
Continue with Microsoft (Azure AD)

Click the button for your provider and complete the sign-in on their page. You'll be returned to LevelUp Demo automatically.

Tip: Use the same email address for SSO that your team uses in LevelUp Demo, so your account links correctly.

Forgot your password?

On the login page, click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and submit.
Check your inbox for a reset link and follow it to set a new password.

Don't have an account yet?

If you haven't been invited by your Account Owner, click Create an account on the login page to register. If your company already uses LevelUp Demo, ask your Account Owner to add you so your data and permissions are set up correctly.

After you log in

You'll land on the Today dashboard — your daily home base. See Dashboard overview (Today view) to learn what's there.

Trouble signing in?

Double-check your email is spelled correctly and your Caps Lock is off.
If SSO fails, make sure you're using the correct Google or Microsoft account.
Still stuck? Reset your password, or contact your Account Owner.
