Inbox metrics cards

At the top of the Inbox, four summary cards give you an at-a-glance read on your incoming demo requests. They all respect the date range filter, so their labels and numbers change with the period you select.

The four cards

Requests

The total number of demo requests received in the selected period. The label matches your range — for example, Requests — This week, Last 30 days, or All time — and it shows a comparison to the previous period (e.g. "vs last week", "vs previous 30 days", or "total").

Auto-qualified

How many requests the AI qualified automatically. The subtext reads "Moved to contacts (X%)", showing what share of your requests were auto-qualified into Contacts. A higher percentage means the AI is handling more of your triage. See how auto-qualification works.

Needs review

How many requests are currently flagged and waiting for your decision. This is the number to keep low — clear it by reviewing flagged demo requests. It mirrors the badge on the Inbox menu item.

Avg. qualification time

The typical time it takes for an incoming request to be auto-qualified — shown in seconds, minutes, or hours (for example, "45s", "2.5m", or "1.2h"). Because the AI processes requests almost instantly, this is usually very fast. If there haven't been any auto-qualified requests in the period, it shows N/A.

How to use them together

  • Requests tells you your inbound volume and whether it's growing.
  • Auto-qualified % tells you how much work the AI is saving you.
  • Needs review is your daily to-do count.
  • Avg. qualification time confirms leads are being processed promptly.
