Is there really no per-agent or per-seat pricing?+
Really. Every plan — including Free — has unlimited team members. Your bill is the same whether two people or twenty people write articles and answer customers.
What is a workspace?+
A workspace is a fully separate knowledge base with its own portal URL, branding, content, team access, and AI chatbot. Run one per product, brand, or client — Pro includes 3, Prime includes 10, all on a single subscription.
What are AI credits and what happens if I run out?+
AI credits are used for chatbot replies and AI-assisted article creation (screenshots, email→article, URL import). Credits are pooled across all your workspaces. If you run out mid-month, your help center and articles keep working — only the AI features pause until the next cycle or an upgrade.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Downgrading to Free keeps your help center online and your articles intact — nothing is deleted. On Pro and Prime you can also pull every article out through the REST API.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?+
Annual billing saves up to 34%: Pro is $199/year (vs $25/month) and Prime is $399/year (vs $49/month). Both come with the same features — the only difference is the price.
Do you offer pricing in INR?+
Yes — you can switch the checkout currency between USD and INR when you sign up.
