    Understanding Your Chapter's Billing Page

What the Admin billing page shows, how to read your subscription status, and what happens when a chapter account expires.

    Accessing the Billing Page

The billing page is accessible to Chapter Admins and Super Admins only. Navigate to it by clicking "Admin" in the left sidebar, then selecting "Billing."

This page shows a summary of your chapter's subscription and member capacity — it is read-only for Chapter Admins. Subscription validity dates are managed by your platform Super Admin.

    Chapter Details

The top section of the billing page shows your chapter's basic details:

    • Chapter Name: Your chapter's registered name on the platform
    • Location: City and country
    • Status: Active or Suspended

If your chapter status shows "Suspended," it means the platform Super Admin has deactivated your chapter, either temporarily or due to a subscription issue. Contact your platform administrator to resolve it.

    Subscription Validity

    The subscription section shows:

    • Account valid until: The date your chapter's current subscription expires
    • Days remaining: A countdown showing how many days are left in the current subscription period
    • Expired status: If the subscription has already lapsed, this section shows a red "Expired" indicator

When a chapter subscription expires, member access to the platform is restricted. Members will see an expired account message when they attempt to log in. Gives, introductions, and all other platform activity is paused until the subscription is renewed by the Super Admin.

If your subscription is approaching expiry (within 30 days), plan ahead and alert your platform Super Admin in advance. Renewals are handled at the Super Admin level — Chapter Admins cannot extend their own subscription.

    Member Capacity

    The member capacity section shows:

    • Current members: The number of active members currently in your chapter
    • Maximum members: The maximum your chapter plan allows
    • Capacity bar: A visual indicator showing how close you are to your member limit

The capacity bar changes colour as you approach the limit: - Blue: Plenty of space (below 70% full) - Amber: Approaching capacity (70–89% full) - Red: Near or at capacity (90%+)

If you need to increase your chapter's member limit, contact your platform Super Admin. Limit increases are managed at the platform level and may be subject to your chapter's subscription tier.

    What Chapter Admins Cannot Change

The billing page is a read-only view for Chapter Admins. The following settings can only be modified by a Super Admin:

    • Subscription expiry date
    • Active/Suspended status
    • Maximum members allowed

If you need changes to any of these settings, contact your Golden Connects platform Super Admin directly and they can update the relevant settings from the Super Admin panel.
